I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Boston College and a Visiting Scholar at Microsoft Research.

My research uses individual-level web search data to examine partisans’ revealed preferences about government, race, and the media. I am currently working on a book project that examines the relationship between political polarization and citizen cooperation with the government.

My research has been featured in Vox, Politico, the New York Times, and The Atlantic.
